Contributions to the the Kitchen Facility
The very generous lead gift has been obtained from the Joe Barton Family Foundation.
TXI has donated two acres of land valued at $130,000 in Midlothian for the purpose of building our kitchen facility. Meals-on-Wheels is currently soliciting funds and grants from foundations and corporations as indicated below. Individuals will be solicited in the general campaign. In-kind gifts will also be solicited for building materials and equipment, such as cement, electrical supplies, plumbing, steel, drywall, roofing and office furniture.
The following gift opportunities will guide the efforts of the campaign and will offer donors a convenient guide for helping them select a gift most appropriate to their circumstances. In addition, opportunities will be available for making gifts that will be identified with a plaque, suitably inscribed and mounted in the new facility.
