Meals-on-Wheels provides Home-Delivered Meals to frail, isolated, elderly and disabled persons. Also provided is Information & Assistance support to families with needy, elderly and disabled family members. Meals-on-Wheels also works closely with home health agencies, doctors' offices, hospital discharge planners, and other community service groups to coordinate services to those in need.
